PMRC has more then 8000 novel plant extracts with valid taxonomic identification. Plant extracts have been prepared using proprietary techniques from a variety of sources including:

• South-eastern United States plant flora
• Exploratory seed collection and cultivation of plants in North Carolina farms
• Germplasm for all plant species available in-house

PMRC has about 5000 microbial cultures (Endophytes and Actinomycetes), and 10,000 extracts. PMRC is equipped to perform up to 10 L fermentation and down stream processing.

PMRC has introduced pure natural product compounds (over 85% pure) for screening purposes.

PMRC guarantees the re-supply of plant extracts. PMRC farm consists of hundreds of acres and incorporates modern agronomic and chemical processing facilities. We are equipped to perform laboratory, pilot, and large-scale extractions. PMRC laboratories are also equipped to perform down stream processing and purification of lead compounds

Chemistry capability for isolation, purification and chemical characterization of the lead compounds, if required:

PMRC possesses the capability to isolate and identify compounds from extracts. We have successfully validated our system in isolating lead compounds using clients assays (assay-guided fractionation and chemical characterization). At PMRC, we perform a variety of chromatography to purify the lead entities (flash column chromatography, vacuum liquid chromatography, HPLC, SFC, etc.) identify the leads by variety of spectroscopy and de-replication databases.

PMRC has greenhouse and facility for pilot scale and large scale growing and processing of herbs. We have extensive experience in growing botanicals, particularly plants used for dietary supplements. We have cultivated more than 1000 different plant species in our farm and have considerable knowledge about the crops.

The PMRC has 100's of acres of land suitable for growing different plants. The climatic conditions are well suited for growing herbal plants. The farm has different agronomic conditions including irrigation facility. The farm has expertise in agronomy, plant breeding and large scale growing and processing of herbal and essential oil crops. The farm has capability to source raw materials.

PMRC offers its clients expertise in commercial production of plant products using slurry extraction or Super Critical Fluid (SCF) extraction using liquid carbon dioxide. Our SCF capacity is 500 Metric tons of raw material per year. We have extensive experience in extracting the botanicals used for dietary supplements as well as oleoresins and concrete. We can source and extract herbs as per client's requirement and specifications.
